Yes. Due to legislation and health and safety requirements all customers must undergo a thorough authentication process and credit check before an account is approved.

Contact us through telephone, post, fax or email and we will send you an account application form.

This charge is calculated based on delivery to the address that is most often associated with your account. If you wish your products to be delivered to an alternative address or are 'Special Delivery Items' additional charges may be applied.

An invoice will be sent by post or email to your accounts department.

We are happy for any item to be returned providing it is undamaged and remains unopened in its original packaging. There will be a restocking charge of 15% of the value of the item, and the customer must arrange and pay for the carriage of the item.

If an item is faulty or damaged on receipt we will arrange collection and replace the item as soon as possible.
